How it Works
In alignment with our four guiding principles (Purpose, Commitment, Integrity and Impact), we follow 3 Simple phases:
Phase One
Acquisition: We strategically acquire undervalued properties with significant potential, securing the commercial financing and capital required for the deal.
Phase Two
Operation (Value-Add): This is where we execute the renovation and optimization strategy, stabilizing operations, increasing rental income, implementing initiatives to positively impact our communities and maximizing the property's value. We then distribute rental income profits to our partners.
Phase Three
Exit: After the planned holding period (typically 3–7 years), we execute the best exit strategy to realize the maximum returns, delivering the original capital and significant capital gains back to our investors.
